Shipping and FAQ
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
From when your order is placed and the delivery date.
- Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays). We cook and prepare all our food on demand. You will get 2 emails, the first one is that your order has been received and the 2nd one is that your order has shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email notification with shipping information. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail. Otherwise, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- Shipping: We ship via USPS Flat Rate. After your order is shipped, it can take 2-5 business days within the US. Once your order ships, we cannot control how USPS handles your package.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Cancellation of Orders
If you need to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has been fulfilled, it is not possible to cancel your order.
Package lost in transit
Please contact us within 10 business days after the estimated delivery date. If it is an error on our part, we will cover at our expense.
Damaged or Missing Contents
If your item arrives damaged or is missing contents, please contact us immediately. Save everything, take photos, and send them to us so we can file a claim with USPS. If it is an error on our part, we will send you a refund or replace your order.
Customer Pick Up/Delivery
Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed for both pick-up and delivery. You will get a text, message, or call for date and time of pickup.
Delivery: Saturday is our delivery day, you will get a text, message, or call on timeframe for when your order will be delivered.
** There is a delivery fee of $10.00 in the Boise, Meridian, Nampa, and Caldwell area. **
